With YOGA77, you will experience a sacred space for transformation. A place where you're gently guided back to yourself.

Through intentional movement, breath, stillness, and presence, I support you in reconnecting your mind, body, and soul.

 

No matter how you're feeling, whether you're low, anxious, or you've lost your spark,  you might be healing from trauma, or navigating emotional or physical pain -  you are welcome here.

My approach is grounded in compassion, neuroscience-informed practices, and a deep belief that... ​You are not broken. You are becoming. ​I believe healing is not only possible, it’s your birthright. ​This space exists to help you return to yourself. To feel again. To move gently. To grow. To remember that you are, and have always been worthy of love, connection, peace, and freedom.

Breathwork and Meditation

My role is to guide you as you build a sustainable practice of self-care, self-trust, self-empowerment and self-love — one that you can return to anytime, anywhere. Over time, these tools become like trusted friends: always available, always within.

My Story

​​I've lived through seasons of deep disconnection from my body, my emotions, and my sense of self.

That disconnection came after a experiencing some trauma in my life, that left me unsure how to feel safe in my own body.
