I'm Jacqui, the heart behind Yoga77

​I offer a space dedicated to breathwork, yoga, somatic movement, meditation, and overall holistic wellbeing. I also offer life coaching with a focus on wellness, self love, self-discovery, personal transformation and empowerment.

My Story

​​Growing up on Auckland’s North Shore, I’ve always felt a deep connection to movement, music, expression, inner stillness, nature, the water and curiosity. My many years as a Music and Performing Arts teacher showed me the profound link between body, movement, sound, mind, and emotion. I’ve practiced yoga since I was a teenager, and after raising my three sons, I have always followed a calling to support others.

That calling comes not just from training and experience, but from lived personal growth. My own journey has included navigating experiences that deeply challenged me, but ultimately became powerful catalysts for self-awareness, resilience, and profound inner healing. These experiences have shaped the way I hold space for others: with empathy, compassion, and authenticity.

I’m passionate about helping you discover how to empower and reconnect with yourself — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you're overcoming physical limitations, experiencing neurological challenges, moving through emotional pain, or simply seeking balance and clarity, I am offering to you a safe, nurturing space to explore your healing path leading to you empowering yourself to live your best life.

Through yoga, chair yoga, breathwork, somatic movement and meditation, each session is personalised to meet you where you are. With the added support of holistic life coaching, I guide you gently and intentionally toward renewed energy, self-trust, curiosity and a deeper sense of wellbeing and vitality.

My approach is grounded in both professional training and the wisdom I've gained through my own healing, and I am here to walk beside you with warmth, presence, and care.

Qualifications

I am proudly registered with Yoga Alliance. Through over 2,000 hours of teaching yoga to date, plus my own personal yoga journey, I combine expertise, certification, and lived experience in Myofascial Release, Functional Mobility,  Somatic Movement, Brain-Body Neuro-Informed Movement, and Breathwork to offer a holistic, therapeutic approach.
