WEDNESDAY YIN
Midweek reset! 4.30 - 5.30pm Wednesdays.
Join me for a restorative , calming Yin Yoga class in my welcoming, private studio in Milford. This meditative practice involves holding gentle poses for 2–5 minutes to deeply nourish your joints, fascia, and connective tissues. With a focus on breath and stillness, Yin Yoga helps calm the nervous system and supports healing and relaxation.
Spaces are limited to 6 people – bookings essential.
$23 per session. Discounted passes also available.
