What You’ll Experience

At YOGA77, we blend the precision and strength of Pilates with the breath-led flow of yoga to create a mindful, therapeutic movement practice. This practice supports deep core strength, functional stability and a growing sense of embodied confidence and self awareness — we call it Core Synergy.

Move with intention.
Strengthen from your centre.
Feel supported, steady, balanced and at home in your body.

Core Synergy isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about moving smarter. Every session is thoughtfully designed to support your spine, improve posture and help you move through life with ease, balance and strength.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stiffness, or simply seeking a safe, sustainable way to feel strong, our classes welcome all ages and abilities. Here, your body and nervous system are guided with care and your strength — physical and inner — can grow naturally.

Core Synergy is More Than Just Yoga or Pilates.

It’s a therapeutic, neuroscience-informed movement practice that weaves together the precision and strength of Pilates with the breath-led flow and presence of yoga.

This work supports you in reconnecting with your body, calming your nervous system, and building both physical strength and inner strength — so you can move through life with greater balance, steadiness and ease.

Rather than pushing or performing, each session invites you to move with awareness and care. As balance improves and the body feels supported, confidence grows naturally — from the inside out.

Testimonials

For many years I have suffered with episodes of lower back pain. My physiotherapist has often suggested slow yoga movement to strengthen my lower back. Since starting to take Jacqui’s yoga sessions, close to two years ago, I have not suffered any episodes of lower back pain. I’m certain the yoga helped me, and my wife and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the sessions, thanks Jacqui.
